FMTSO: Public Transportation

This is what moves people in my town.

Some people prefer the alternative:

These are from my archives.

I wanted to go out and get some fresh shots but again, it's been one of those weeks.

Check out other public transportation methods on the Friday Town Shoot Out home page.

  1. YEAH!
probably in Rio our taxis and buses dominate - I just wrote about the subway because I have complained about the other so many other times. Loved your comment on Flowers - see you with silhouettes....

  2. Your taxi cabs look great fun, why do they have a lump of cheese on their roofs though? It's not for big mice is it?

  6. Yep, that is Vegas alright! That's the only place that I ever ride in a cab. Have a great Weekend!

  7. I've been trying to remember when I last rode in a cab. And, honestly, I can't. They are horribly expensive here I believe. But in a tourist town they would be the best option, I guess.

  9. In America, cars are so common, not much use for public transport. In San Francisco, i went on the BART.

  10. I love the taxicabs -- They look like they are decorations in a pinball machine to me. Perfect for Las Vegas.

  11. I kept in thoughts getting a visitor bus that stops at most of the hotels there...love the hotels there. They look like they are designs in a pinball device to me.
