FMTSO: Water in Motion

Can you believe it. Finally, Finally, I am able to upload photos. Not being able to upload pictures for this long really pissed me off.  I mean I was livid with blogger. I  thought I was going to have to say goodbye to this blog forever, but alas, it came through for me and thank goodness I have perseverance, otherwise, I never would have kept checking.

Well, It's about time I get to participate in another FMTSO. This week's theme is water in motion. I just have two photos but I promise as long as blogger works, I will be sticking around for quite awhile. You can't get rid of me that easy.  Haha!

This photo was taken on Galveston Island in Texas while I was on vacation this September. This shot was taken just as the sun went down. I was also playing with my shutter speeds and I like the slower speed. It makes the photo look kind of dreamy. I like the next photo better.

That it's for my return to The Friday My Town Shoot Out. Be sure to check out all of the other participants.

Thanks for stopping by :)

  1. Welcome back! Blogger has been a bear lately, hasn't it?

Really interesting water shots. The color is really incredible.

  2. So good to see you back, JarieLyn! I've missed the wow factor you bring with your photos. Love that second one although I'm not sure if it is dreamy or eerie.

  3. Very dramatic photos. Glad Blogger is working as it should for you again.

  4. I like the really deep blue color at sunset, and the water splashing against the rocks creates a nice sense of motion.

  5. Welcome back Jaridelyn. Thank goodness I put off doing spotlights until today or I would have missed your excellent shot. Good technique with your camera.

  6. Welcome Back! I just love the color of the water.

  7. Dreamy is right, THese are beautiful.

  8. Hi I came to your blog from "Mailbox Happiness" and wanted to say HI! :D I'm Alex(andra) and I'm a penpaller & blogger from Maine. Hope you have a great weekend! :)
